All orders made with ZOOMZOOMTOWN are dispatched via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. We aim to ship the item(s) within 1 - 3 working days once payment is received successfully In the event that the order is returned to us due to error in delivery information as provided by the customer, or failure to collect within the stipulated timeframe as indicated by the postal service, a redelivery fee of the original postage charge (not the flat rate charge) is chargeable and payable by the customer. In the rare occurrence that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, we will take each case into deliberation and proceed further with investigation with the involved postal service provider.
